What they all share
Every tool here is the same editor with a different effect pre-selected, so nothing is a stripped-down version of anything else. All rendering happens client-side in your own browser using HTML5 canvas and WebCodecs — the media you add is never uploaded to a server, which is why there is no queue, no account, and no upload size limit.
Dithering runs as a true per-pixel pass in grid space rather than as a CSS filter, so what you see in the full-size preview is what the exported file contains.
